Chianti Classico Tasting: A Unique Experience
San Donatino offers a unique tasting experience, immersed in the heart of Tuscany. We produce 14 distinctive labels, including our main four: Riserva, Chianti Classico, Dissident and Eretico, which represent 75% of our total production. The remaining 25% is dedicated to innovation, with new winemaking experiments and different varieties, offering a dynamic and ever-evolving range.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
San Donatino is among the first wineries in Castellina in Chianti to believe in natural philosophy. Since the 1990s, we have been pioneers in the production of Orange Wine with our famous Diaccio. This innovation has made us a point of reference for lovers of natural wine, attracting enthusiasts from all over the world.
Our history is enriched by the presence of Léo Ferré, a famous French singer-songwriter who moved to Tuscany in 1969. Ferré left an indelible mark on the company, giving it a special aura that continues to attract visitors, particularly French-speaking ones who they admire his musical work.

A Tasting Experience
The tasting in the estate of San Donatino takes place on our panoramic terrace, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. Here, visitors can savor our wines through the Enomatic system, an automatic method that keeps the wine at the ideal temperature: 16° for reds, 12° for whites and 10° for bubbles.
This system allows guests to taste calmly and according to their own tastes, discovering the different nuances of our labels. The Chianti Classico Tasting is particularly appreciated, offering a sensorial journey through the authentic flavors of our land.
